Private Yoga Classes

Great for BEGINNERS, through all levels.  No prior experience required!

Together, we create a sequence that is specific to your body and your fitness level.

Each class includes mindfulness practice (meditation). and deep relaxation. This is where we encourage healing.
Students can expect to move through variations of movements, moving with the breath.  Postures may be linked together to increase strength, stamina, and flexibility. This is the Vinyasa style. The classes can be vigorous, energetic, or more gentle and restorative based on your skill level and how we feel to move the energy that day.
