Learn about your bodies electromagnetic field and how awareness effects your body/mind. Then you learn 3 different breathing techniques that work with memory that help you address stress and access your energy reserves. Another benefit is increased range of motion and flexibility in the neck.
Step #2 Get Your Energy Moving!
Once you learn the transformative breath techniques, this shows you how you can move YOUR energy through hands- on techniques you do on your own body. Learn how to create heat, and improve overall energy. 2 main techniques are taught to begin with, then we move up the body from the pelvis/low back up to the top of the head. You are encouraged to commit to at lease 3 of these.
