About jamie

As a graduate of the Nevada School of Massage Therapy, actively working as a Massage Therapist, and a professional member of The American Massage Therapy Association since 2001, I have kept active in the evolution of the field of massage therapy.   This includes on-going training and education that continue to support the efficiency of massage and complimentary modalities like yoga, meditation, and energy healing, in supporting one’s healing and wellness, including my own.

Working independently since 2003, has allowed me to more fully focus on each client’s individual needs and goals that usually doesn’t occur in larger establishments. It has also allowed me the flexibility to continue my training in many healing modalities.

In 2005, I completed teacher training from Baptiste Power Vinyasa Institute.

Movement, proper body alignment, and silence, can really have a profound effect for our well-being.  In my early years of doing massage it helped me to prevent injuries that many massage therapists develop, so I experienced first-hand how beneficial yoga can be.

Additional Training

Prenatal massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Orthopedic Massage, Myofascial release, Shiatsu, Energy medicine, and Reiki.
In 2015, I completed my Master Reiki Teacher training in the Usui System of Reiki Shiki Ryoho, the original spiritual tradition that Mikao Usui taught.

Additionally, I have taught classes in various massage modalities at schools in Las Vegas throughout the years, including The Nevada School of Massage Therapy.
My purpose is to facilitate healing, not fix anything.

The way I see it is : Our bodies are designed with intelligence and have intelligence to make corrections and healing where needed.

ARTIST: I also create Batik Art - see image to the right. My art is shown all throughout the studio.                     Visit my artwork here
